The Rangers could turn to college right-hander Dillon Tate if neither of the top shortstops fall to them. But, they could also target high school outfielders. Expect them to take Cameron, son of Mike, with the No. 4 pick. Cameron could realistically go anywhere the top five picks, but his reported $5 million asking price could affect where he is selected.
